Breakfast: English muffin or Ezekiel bread or steal cut oatmeal with a few slices of banana and a
teaspoon of maple syrup or an omelet with vegetables
Snack: PROBAR or some dried fruits or nuts
Lunch and Dinner: protein, based foods such as tuna and a spinach salad. Marissa dislikes carbs
in an evening meal.
For exercise, she does boxing, stationary bike at home, and surfing (because she believe it is a total body workout).

Elizabeth Hurley has always been slim and has openly admitted to not eating in order to stay thin. She once said that Marilyn Monroe was huge and that she’d kill herself if she ‘weighed’ that much.
Time marches on and it is marching across Elizabeth’s waist, because she looks 10 to 15 pounds heavier than normal. She is thicker in the middle and has a larger backside.
Jennifer Garner is struggling to lose her baby weight. She admits that she still has another 20 pounds to lose. Her daughter Seraphina was born three months ago. Right now, the Ben and Jen have moved their family base to Ben’s hometown of Boston.


Audrina was interviewed by Self Magazine about her typical daily diet. This is what she said claims to eat, more or less daily:
Breakfast A bowl of Quaker Natural Granola (oats, honey and raisins) cereal with lowfat milk, 2 Girl Scout Samoas cookies, a Starbucks caramel frappuccino with no whip and a bottle of water
Lunch Turkey sandwich from Susina Bakery & Cafe (with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions on wheat bread), Ruffles potato chips, iced tea
Snack Two handfuls of sour jellybeans, a Girl Scout Samoas cookie, water
Dinner Red wine, bread with ranch dressing, house salad, pizza topped with pineapple, pepperoni and tomato…dipped in ranch
