<p>Breakfast: English muffin or Ezekiel bread or steal cut oatmeal with a few slices of banana and a<br />
teaspoon of maple syrup or an omelet with vegetables</p>
<p>Snack: PROBAR or some dried fruits or nuts</p>
<p>Lunch and Dinner: protein, based foods such as tuna and a spinach salad. Marissa dislikes carbs<br />
in an evening meal.</p>
<p>For exercise, she does boxing, stationary bike at home, and surfing (because she believe it is a total body workout).</p>
<p>Marisa noshes indulges in ice cream on her cheat days.</p>
