Breakfast: English muffin or Ezekiel bread or steal cut oatmeal with a few slices of banana and a
teaspoon of maple syrup or an omelet with vegetables

Snack: PROBAR or some dried fruits or nuts

Lunch and Dinner: protein, based foods such as tuna and a spinach salad. Marissa dislikes carbs
in an evening meal.

For exercise, she does boxing, stationary bike at home, and surfing (because she believe it is a total body workout).

Jessica explained that she was very busy during the day, so for breakfast, she’d have coffee and lots of fruit, then for lunch, she’d have a salad, and her final meal of the day would be a regular dinner.

Here’s the secret of how some celebrities get that lean skinny look. They cut out dairy, carbonated beverages, and foods containing white flour, plus all other processed foods. Everything that goes into their body is a fresh vegetable, fruit, smoothie, or a vegan dish.

I don’t recommend this diet, but if you try it, the weight falls off your body rather quickly.
