Marisa Miller shares her daily diet
Supermodel Maris Miller finally spills the beans on what she eats daily. Her diet is very healthy.
Breakfast: English muffin or Ezekiel bread or steal cut oatmeal with a few slices of banana and a
teaspoon of maple syrup or an omelet with vegetables
Snack: PROBAR or some dried fruits or nuts
Lunch and Dinner: protein, based foods such as tuna and a spinach salad. Marissa dislikes carbs
in an evening meal.
For exercise, she does boxing, stationary bike at home, and surfing (because she believe it is a total body workout).
Marisa noshes indulges in ice cream on her cheat days.
